### Set up your accounts

- **Your company has an ACE Portal account.**
  
  You'll need one to get paid, even if your broker files for you.
- **Your refund bank details are in ACE.**
  
  CBP only pays by direct deposit, and it'll hold your refund until they're there.

- **Someone else should get the refund?**
  
  That's set up separately with CBP.
- **Your importer number matches your entries.**
  
  A mismatch is one of the top reasons files get turned away.
