PLS Logistics Services

The following criteria must be met in order to be approved as a carrier:

• Carrier must have a minimum of 6 months Common or Contract Operating Authority
• Carrier must not have any revocations in the prior 12 months
• Carrier must have a minimum of $1,000,000 Auto Liability and $100,000 Cargo Liability
• Carriers must have a minimum of 1 one side inspection and or submit the cab card for your vehicles (VIN must be labeled as a scheduled auto on your policy)
• Carrier must have a satisfactory safety rating or is currently unrated
• Carrier must complete Highway carrier onboarding including the PLS contract after receipt of invitation from PLS if Preapproved

Your request will be reviewed by our carrier management team if approved you will receive an invitation from PLS to onboard in Highway.
