CRANBERRY TWP., PA (Jan. 16, 2020) – PLS Logistics Services, a third-party logistics provider, announced the promotion of two employees to expand its leadership team.
James Penn, formerly the Satellite Office Leader for the Philadelphia office, and Justin Feroce, formerly the Satellite Office Leader for the St. Louis office, were promoted as a result of the work they have conducted this past year.
Penn was promoted to Associate Vice President and will now oversee PLS’ Charlotte, Jacksonville, and Tampa offices and operations teams, as well as the Philadelphia office. Penn has been with PLS for 11 years and has been a major contribution to the growth of PLS’ Philadelphia office.
Feroce was promoted to the Director of Transportation and will maintain oversight of the St. Louis office and government team, but will now also oversee PLS’ Phoenix and Dallas offices in his new role. Feroce started at PLS in 2014 as an account executive and has worked his way up through the company to his new leadership role.
Greg Burns, President and CEO of PLS Logistics, said he is very excited about the opportunities in front of PLS.
“While market cycles come and go, our commitment to superior performance, outstanding customer experience, and significant market share gains across all market conditions is unwavering,” Burns said. “We are looking forward to a great year in 2020.”
