4. SMS Messaging Service

• If you opt-in to receive SMS communications from PLS Logistics Services, the following terms apply:

     4.1 How to Opt-In/Out 

• Opt-In: You may opt-in to SMS messaging by providing your mobile number during account registration on the Get a Quote page or through sending an SMS message of START to your PLS point of contact. 

• Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply “STOP” to any SMS from us. You may also contact supportrequests@plslogistics.com or text HELP to your PLS contact for assistance. 

      4.2 Types of Messages 

• You may receive transactional, and/or informational messages, including:  

• Updates regarding your shipments. 

• Information about delivery instructions. 

• Customer support responses. 

     4.3 Frequency of Messages 

• The number of messages you receive will vary based on your interactions with our services. For example:  

• Transactional messages will be sent as needed. 

• Information messages will be sent as needed. 

     4.4 Fees 

• PLS Logistics Services does not charge any fees for sending or receiving SMS messages. However, data and message rates may apply per your mobile carrier’s terms. 

     4.5 Privacy Policy 

• By opting into SMS communications, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed at Policy of Privacy – PLS Logistics. 

5. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. 

6. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
